What's included
The founding client package builds on the initial consultation and goes further — we'll build your Groundwork Document together, follow up once you've had time to act on the first session, and stay available in between.
90-minute initial consultation
A deep-dive into your conditions, history, providers, what you've already tried, and what you're most hoping to change. We'll leave with a clear picture of where you are and what's most worth your time right now.
Your Groundwork Document
A comprehensive, portable written summary of your conditions, providers, medical history, what's been tried, and what comes next. Yours to bring to every appointment, share with new providers, or hand to a specialist who's never heard of your conditions. Delivered within 5 business days of your first session.
60-minute follow-up session
Scheduled 3–6 weeks after the initial consultation. We'll check in on what's moved, what hasn't, and what needs to be reconsidered. You'll have had time to act on the first session — this is where we adjust the plan.
30 days of email and message support
Direct access to Katie and Elaine between sessions. For questions that come up, providers you need help thinking through, or moments where you just need someone to tell you what to do next.

The founding package is for people who are past the point of just wanting answers — they want a plan, a document they can actually use, and someone in their corner while they start acting on it.

If you're not sure whether this is the right starting point, the initial consultation ($350) is a lower-commitment way to begin — and everything we learn there carries directly into the package if you decide to continue.
Why the founding cohort package exists
We're not discounting because we're unsure of the value — we're pricing it this way because our founding clients are doing something our future clients won't have to: figuring it out with us.
