Free peer support groups
Condition-specific virtual peer support groups, facilitated and free to attend. EDS, POTS, MCAS, neurodivergence, and the overlaps between them. A place to be understood without having to explain yourself from scratch.
Because this support shouldn't only be available to people who can afford it.
The Groundwork Foundation is a separate 501(c)(3) nonprofit operating in parallel with Groundwork Advocates LLC — built to make navigation and advocacy accessible to everyone who needs it.

Four program areas in development. None are active yet — we're building the board, developing programs, and preparing our 501(c)(3) application.

Free public resource library
All of Groundwork's playbooks, templates, guides, and tools — fully unpaywalled and available to anyone. If we've made something useful, it should be accessible to everyone, not just paying clients.

Sliding-scale & scholarship advocacy
A limited number of fully or partially subsidized navigation slots for clients who qualify by income. Funded by donations to the Foundation, matched to clients through a straightforward application process.

School advocacy for underserved families
Dedicated school advocacy support for families in under-resourced districts — where the gap between what families are entitled to and what they actually receive is widest.

Your donation funds scholarship advocacy slots.
When the Foundation launches, donations will directly fund sliding-scale and fully subsidized navigation services for clients who can't afford private services. Every dollar goes toward closing the access gap.
