Initial consultation
90-minute video call + written summary
This is a deep-dive conversation — not a surface-level intake call. We'll spend 90 minutes going through your conditions, your history, the providers you've seen, what you've already tried, and what you're most hoping to get out of working with us.
By the end, we'll have a clear picture of where you are and what's most worth your time and energy right now. You'll get that in writing.
- 90-minute video consultation with Katie and/or Elaine
- Written summary of the session, sent within 5 business days
- A prioritized next-steps list — the 3–5 things most worth acting on
- Referrals to relevant specialist types and, where possible, specific providers
Founding client package
Two video sessions + 30-day support window
Everything in the initial consultation, plus a follow-up session, your Groundwork Document, and a month of direct message support. This is for clients who want to go deeper — and it's priced lower than it will be once we're past our founding cohort.

For clients who need continued support beyond the initial consultation — ongoing provider coordination, appointment accompaniment, and regular check-ins as your care evolves. We're developing the format and pricing based on what we learn from our founding cohort.

Navigating the school system with a child who has complex needs is one of the most exhausting things a parent can face. We offer dedicated school advocacy services — from understanding your rights to showing up in the room with you.

We know that the people who most need this kind of support are often the least able to afford it. We're building a scholarship program through The Groundwork Foundation that will offer sliding-scale and fully subsidized navigation services to clients who qualify by income.
The Foundation is not yet active, but we're taking note of interest. If cost is a barrier, tell us about your situation — we'll do what we can.
